So my bday is this friday and my contract is running up and I can't decide between the galaxy s6 active or the iPhone 6S Plus, I need a phone that can last me a long time on one charge. I have only owned one android phone before and i'm not very familiar with the software that android uses, can someone please tell me what they think I should go with or if there is another phone that you would recommend please drop it down below and tell why you recommend it. Thanks!

The androids have a feature called Super Power Saving mode. You turn it on and your phone can last up to like 10days. I have the GS5A and will never go back to an iPhone. I like the active because I dont need to put a case on my phone while being protected. Check out a website called xda for more info on androids.

Rm__BigHoss wrote I would generally get something like this. Not only is it durable but will last forever. Also can be used as a weapon if need belol, i'll take that one into consideration. Don't know if I can fit it in my budget tho... XD

Its either as easy as;
Other than that they are much of a muchness these days. People overhype how fragile iPhones are, the same way as people overhype how much android devices crash. Literally if you like iPhones then get one of those, if you want a Samsung then get that one.
Or be a pro and get a good ASUS Zenfone which has top tier specs for a fraction of the cost. Or a Nexus device so you're guaranteed updates for years to come.
- The ecosystem you're in - Do you use Google or Apple services exclusively or are you not that bothered
Which devices you like the look of.

I had always had an iPhone then went to Galaxy Note 4 for a year. In most ways they similar but i definitely prefer iPhone, especially when it's jailbroken. It sucks not having iMessage and FaceTime when your on an android.
Sure my Galaxy had better specs but I prefer the os and features better on the iPhone.
I'm currently using a 6 plus and I'm at 80% when i get home from school.
