I believe membership codes are the only ones that can be redeemed world-wide. Correct me if I'm mistaken please.

For example i am getting the division digital game on the uk store but i have a code for dlc outfits from the us

More than likely no it won't work I mean have you tried it lol seems like you haven't.

I am in the same boat, I have The Division digital New Zealand and got the US outfit code, all I did was change my locale to United States and it let me download the code but whether I can switch back to NZ and it still works is yet to be seen.
