I have the deadric artifact "Ebony Blade" and idk how to make it do more damage. Can somebody help me?

You need that's passive that allows you to improve enchanted items.

You can uss the passive Arcane smithing in the blacksmith set, but you also have to kill one of your allied or friendly NPC's to increase its full potential. I've noticed though that the ebony blade is naturally pretty under-powered.
