Corsair Gaming K70 RGB Keyboard vs Razer Blackwidow Chroma

SPECS:

I love the professional finish on the Corsair, and the sound of the keys sounds fantastic. It all around looks like a great keyboard, however, I like the way you can customize the Chroma. I would love to have the Corsair body with the lights of the Razer Chroma. I am buying one of these keyboards mainly for the RGB, but the Razer's plastic finish and handprints irritate me. I just want the keyboard to have a breathing rainbow effect at all times, no effect when typing. An effect like the default of the Chroma.

Which should I buy? Please vote!

The blakwidow is nice, but Corsairs high end peripherals are top notch. Corsair CUE can do all the effects you want and more, so I'd grab the K70 or the STRAFE.

I would not get the razer ultimate keyboard. I have it and its great expect the fact that the finger prints stick like you mentioned. Either way you go they are both great keyboards.

For me, most Razer products are over-rated. Don't get me wrong, they do have some nice products but they don't really add up to what they could be. For me personally I would go with Corsair i've used that board a couple of times and I loved how it felt and it's very comfortable. Just my personal opinion.

K70 is always going to be my choice. I own both the K70 (used to use the K65) as well as the Black Widow Chroma. The K70 just feels better for me, the keys feel a little higher than the Razer and seems to have a little better spacing between the keys, which I just feel comfortable with for gaming and typing. I keep the Razer plugged into my backup PC and only really use that when I'm installing new things on this computer. I will say, K70 is very durable, I eventually had to get a new one after multiple rages happening, but I have slammed it into my desk a few times and only really scratched/chipped a corner of it, throwing it on the tile though, is a different story....

totally don't have anger issues or the mentality that I'll just buy another one, so it's whatever.
