if its ur 1st offence they will unban u from about 1 week and give u a coin wipe.. if its your 2nd offense that's the account banned permanently

It states that I'm banned permanently, but i didn't get any 1st warning or anything. Seems kinda harsh to me. Looking for some smart fella who might be able to get me unbanned somehow

You knew the risks with buying coins and here is the consequence that resulted from that risk. If it states that you are permanently banned, then you are permanently banned. EA have become much harsher with coin buyers and sellers so I would not be surprised if they permanently banned somebody right away for buying coins.

Its an instant and permanent ban, there is now way to be un banned its against the terms and regulations of EA to buy coins anyway

t likely i would jump on to ea chat and try see if something can be done./. but most likely if u are perma banned thats it

It IS possible.

I had a perma ban back on Fifa 13 or 14, they have a dispute email that you can contact in terms of bans. I was told this over the live chat, I emailed them explaining the fact that I was unfairly banned etc and I got unbanned maybe a week later, I didn't get banned again either,

ALTHOUGH, the ban was legitimately a mistake, and of course that was years ago now. It might not even exist anymore.
