you could of got banned then it replaces it with code of conduct it stays there until you edit it and change it

Well to be honest, I don't think MS and IW will let 10th prestige lobbies and everything around it go unpunished.
I think the most logical thing they will do is a temporary suspension for those who are illegitimate 10th prestige and possible a rank reset.

Either way, something will be done.

they have no way of telling who was in a 10th lobby or not. the people that they are going to ban is the people who do K/D lobbies and have millions of kills.

All the Details gets changed to 'Code Of Conduct' if you get banned but you can just type it in there as well
