I have never smoked in my life but I have had friends that smoked and that still do. What I would say is to switch to vaping and start out with a juice that has the amount of nicotine that you want in it. Then gradually tone down the amount of nicotine in the juice until there is none or almost none in it. That should really help you quit the habit or just tone it down if thats what you want!

-Moncler wrote I want to gradually stop smoking so I'm thinking of vaping. How much would it cost for like a starterror kit in the UK and how long does the liquid last? Thanks for the help lads.

I'd continue to smoke because vaping makes you look like a wanker

-Moncler wrote I love how everyone is telling me to quit smoking, but no one is answering my question. Lol

You can buy a vape for like $20, it won't be good obviously but yeah that's the starting price. Juice will also depend on how much you do it, just like a pack, the more you smoke the faster it goes.
