Good news for you I guess they just lowered the XP needed to reach 30 by half, meaning it will only take about 182 normal game losses or 91 wins to reach 30.

Personally I thought it was a good thing that it took so long so you could learn the game and hone your skills. but hey whatever rito want I guess.
