hi,would anyone build me a pc for 500gbp,i'll be honest i haven't much idea about what parts to buy as i looked on scan.co.uk but there was so many i didnt know which ones to choose so could someone link me to one using scan as id like to get it all from one place.i already have mouse, keyboard o/s and montor so just need the rest,i would prefer it to be an i5 if possible,it will be used for my dads work mainly which is just spread sheets and word processing and general internet stuff but id also like to play fps or rpg games when i visit,it wont be overclocked so wont need a processor that can do that
thanks to everyone that builds one

You could take out the GPU if cost is of more importance than gaming performance, or get the smaller HyperX Fury SSD if you don't feel you need 120GB.

Do you need to buy all of the parts from Scan? You will end up going over budget by quite a bit if you decide to buy all of the parts from one retailer.

|It actually turned out around the same price with a better PSU as Scan don't have many decent ones that are much cheaper than that one, it seems that PCPP aren't indexing Scan anymore.
