I need to upgrade something in my PC but i cant see what part is making my computer slack behind because its random frame drops, i need to use a good benchmark program and i was wondering which program would monitor the parts and stress them for me so i can show you guys the results and if you guys could tell me whats lacking and causing the frame drops.
Thank you!

[ Register or Signin to view external links. ] : Show temperatures of components

Post a screenshot of Speccy, and a screenshot of HWMonitor and the Performance tab ( [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ) in Windows Task Manager while playing a game that gives you frame drops, this will greatly help us figure out what the problem is.

If you could provide a screenshot of HWMonitor and Task Manager as I asked that would be great.

The Cpu usage is now at around 75-80% & i cant seem to screenshot it on the exact time of the spikes but it happens really badly on Arma 3.
Also temps can reach 75c

It's likely that your CPU is bottlenecking your system, there isn't much you can do without upgrading.

4690k isn't your best option, all depends on your budget though. You will be fine with a decent aftermarket cooler.
