I think the S7 looks great. But,
I'm going to be switching to the Note instead this year.

See I'm doing the opposite I'm switching from the note edge to the S7 edge. I don't make much use of the S pen.
I pre-ordered the Black Onyx from Best Buy on February27th and already received my free Gear VR and micro SD but the phone is not arriving until Monday the 14th

Yeahh, I'll probably end up moving to another phone anyway. I just want to try out the Galaxy Note 5, that way when they do announce the Note 6 (Probably around August 20th) I'll know if I want one.

It look's great i was tempted to get it myself but I'm still happy with the s6 at the moment.

Im thinking about getting it from carphone warehouse but waiting to see if they bring out different colours, i want that oculus rift thing it looks mint on tv advert.

Is it worth it going from a s6 to a s7?...

I'm not sure why people are thinking the external storage has been removed, it has not been. It's still there, it's simply a question of how compatible it's going to be with apps on the phone such as google play music or downloading apps to external storage. I've got the s5 and I'll be upgrading to the s7 edge.
