really dont want smalelr than a 15 inch and the newer model is like 2000 USD so i was wondering what the wonside to the older model is other than the HDD instead of SSD

if i can just get the older one for 800 i would be happy with it if the only difference is slower booting time .

Everything about it is faster.

The main question is what will it be used for exactly.

i guess whatever it would normally be used for in college and probably photoshop, im not sure what all ill be doing in college yet.

Then its hard to say which one to get.

Someone doing a basic admin course compared to someone doing engineering will need different things.

definitely not doing anything with engineering, ill probably do something like marketing or something along those line or if not that maybe industrial design, really anything that doesnt require hard math as math is my weakness

I have a 13 inch and it does the job just fine man. Just make sure you get a pro and make sure you get the i7 processor. You'll be good to go. I paid 650 for mine barely used and it is like perfect.

i figure a 13 inch will do the job i jsut prefer a bigger screen. i just wanted to know if the extra grand was worth investing in.
