I thought there would be a way to claim items you got from the beta, is there anyway or no?

No there is not.

But if for exclusives yes, go to rewards vendor.

You're unable to retrieve your items from the beta. You are on the other hand, able to receive rewards from the rewards vendor if you pre-ordered the game or put in the exclusive outfits code.
