whats the best 144hz 1440p monitor for around £250 i was going to get a g-sync monitor but the one i could afford didn't have a HDMI slot for my ps4 i use monitor for ps4 and PC

Those appear to be your cheapest two options for 1440p 144Hz. Both of which support Freesync, but not G-Sync.

This one is £200+ over budget, but your cheapest option for a 1440p 144Hz panel with G-Sync support.

I'd suggest either of these;
