Every account comes with a one month free trial. You can use it only once, that why it's not working on some of your accounts. This was posted in the Xbox 360 Tutorial section a while ago, too. Scott and myself used to make accounts preloaded with 1 month worth of XBL for TTG members a while back, when were able to generate virtual credit cards.
