I am attempting to gather medical supplies so I can get the 1,000 upgrade. I currently have 760 medical supplies.
I thought I'd do the encounter missions to get some. They say they give you 60 medical supplies each. I have done 3 missions and I was still where I started at 760 medical supplies. I am sure I completed them and they're gone from the map now.
Am I missing something or is this a bug for anyone else??

That happened to me yesterday, i had 2 medical encounters left and than they disappeared off my map , when i logged on today they reappeared, thought i was the only one haha

Happened to me a few times.
When you notice it happening, restart the game and try again.
