I click the button at least 1000 times and it never opens. The only way I can actually use it is right clicking but i still cant do most options. Any help is appreciated

I had that same problem on windows 10 and it was so frustrating! So it got to the point to where I just installed a different OS and now I'm using windows 8.1. I thought I was the only one that had that problem.

Windows 10 at the moment has A LOT of bugs I too have had this one, I tried many things to fix it and failed.

All I remember is that It fixed after doing some random command prompt things. Il have a look and see if I can find it again then re-post here the fix.

Make sure you have installed the latest updates as well. They might have fixed the problem.
