Your PC already looks pretty good but if you upgrade anything, I would upgrade the graphics Card or even maybe the CPU.

First off currency and budget for upgrades?

Second, what cooler do you have on your CPU and it the CPU overclocked?

Given that you have a unlocked board and CPU, you may benefit from overclocking you CPU. Take for instance newer games like Star Wars Battlefront. A bottleneck occurs from a locked i5 paired with a GTX 970 however if the CPU is overclocked the bottleneck will be gone. This is the same with other games like GTA V so again depending on the cooler you have and if you have the CPU overclocked or not it might be worth overclocking.

You say you want to stream CSGO. With your current rig. All of the streaming will be put on the CPU which will cause performance drops in game. Most people think streaming is all on the CPU however with a Nvidia GPU and NVENC. All of the streaming can be put and done through the GPU without having a major impact on FPS. SO this is where a GPU upgrade may come in handy.

Over clocking is an option, I have tried a few different settings but nothing im really comfortable with running full time yet. Currently I have a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo and Id be looking to spend about 300 Usd tops.
What graphics card would you consider? It would be kinda a bummer to switch to Nvidia because my current card wont be able to crossfire/sli with it. But if Nvidia is the superior card and I will benifit more off this card solely then I will follow your advice.

Thanks!
