I am a PlayStation gamer who is looking to sell it and save for a desktop that will be compatible and will work extremely well without having problems playing old and the latest games, PC will also be used for other everyday things, can anyone suggest some good ones? I don't really want to get into building my own right now but I will in the future this is just a start off, I have a budget of 1000gbp including a monitor, mouse keyboard etc, T.i.a

What is your budget and currency? (Pound sign does not work normally, use GBP abbreviation)
Do you need a monitor?
Do you need a keyboard?
Do you need a mouse?
Do you need an operating system?
What will you use the PC for?

As Balor said, Don't spend £1000 on a pre-built, I built my own PC for a little over £1000 and I would never upgrade it, there's no need. Spend your money building your own PC, it's very easy.

The best and cheapest way to get a nice gaming computer would be to build it yourself. A lot of us don't have the luxury of knowing somebody who can build computers but buying all the parts is a lot cheaper than paying for someone else's finished work.

I like to make my posts in bold because I want to look like a respectful nob on a forum full of little kids.

Loads of people put their posts in bold? Also he's super well known in the modding community, so I really don't see your point

People on these forums will tell you exactly what to order, trust them, they know what they're talking about.

It's really not as hard as it seems, you're literally "building" the PC. It's like Lego, you get an instruction manual and you just slot the parts together. There's millions of tutorials online to help you out, trust me, it's really easy. You could easily build your PC within a day if you know what you're doing.
