No, not with such little information.

Read the rules;
https://www.thetechgame.com/Forums/t=6751631/pc-building-rules-how-to-request-a-build-or-advice.html

It'd be useful if you could fill out the detailed form, but the simple form will do. Could you also tell us if you'll be overclocking. If you have a 1080p monitor, or low quality monitor, it'd be worth replacing at this point IMO, since £2500 is a large budget, you could look in to 1440p, or 4k easily. Also, keyboard/mouse? If you're using sub par peripherals, it will be worth replacing them for a nice mouse and a mechanical keyboard.

You haven't told us what peripherals you're using. Anything lower than 1440p would be stupid with a 980Ti, so I included a nice 4k monitor. I also included a nice mechanical keyboard in case you're current keyboard is sub par. If you already have a nice 1440p/4k monitor, you could get a 2nd 980Ti within budget instead of the 4k panel I included.

The rig has SLI support, so a 2nd 980Ti can be added at any point. Use the 950 PRO for your OS and favourite games/programs. Then you have the 850-EVO for some other games/programs. Use the HDDs for media and what not, and in case you run out of space on the SSDs.

If you're using it for video editing and rendering then there is no reason to go with Skylake over Haswell-E imo, especially for a budget like this.

Includes a 4k monitor as Sanctorum said, a 980 Ti for 1080p is overkill.
