There is a program running in task manager when i turn my pc on called STEAMVSR i am scared to play comp and i want help quickly! Thank you

Are you trying to get rid of the program? If so go into your control panel and delete the program

I cant delete it its not in there and i cant find it when i click view location

In task manager end the task head on over to control panel and do what c4 said delete the associated program.

it doesn't appear in uninstall a program and im nervous ill get vac banned

Is it a cheat or? It could possibly be a key-logger if it's in your start-up menu.
