I am about to purchase this pc [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
However, I am just wondering what it would be like on GTA V, Minecraft and CS:GO with dual monitor support.
Also, a bit of graphics designing and rendering videos. Also, it would be used for light collage work like Microsoft power point, word and excel.

Thanks XeDeclan

Just wanna point out, if you want to be playing games like Gta V, i would get a 1tb HHD over a 240gb ssd. Gta 5 on it's own is around 60gb.
While i was looking for a graphics card on here a while ago, i was told to go with an r7 370 over a 750ti, you could in fact go second hand with the gpu or some parts. For the price of an r7 370, i got a 2gb Gtx 770 which kills the 37 370.
But apart from that, looks like an okaii build for under £400.

It's just a combination of crap mismatched parts that don't belong together, an i3 and 370 is a better choice.

APU with a dedicated GPU is just stupid, especially an NVidia GPU. Cooler is horrific, motherboard is meh, RAM is over-priced, SSD is terrible, PSU and case are sub par, definitely lesser quality than the case and PSU I suggested. I mean, the Xigmatek case is alright, it's not bad, but the Nova would be a better choice. Lastly, the GPU, the 370 is better than the 750Ti. The 750Ti is not a good card, unless you can pick one up £10+ less than an R7 260X/265/370 and have a very tight budget.
*Edit* Skittle is right, I just went a little more in depth to try and help you understand. Bottom line, the 860k is going to perform just as good as the APU you chose, if not better, and with the 860k you can afford a GTX 950, or at a push, an R9 380, both of which are much wiser purchases than the 750Ti. The i3 with a 370 would stomp all over an APU with a 750Ti.
