...Yes it literally can. Not during a normal war. But in certain scenarios within the US the election can be delayed.

Donald Trump I believe is the only choice. I will not have another Obama term nor do I was a treasonous bitch to run our country. I would rather have an businessman who has no political affiliation with bought liberals.

She doesn't support what she is saying. She is using her foundation to gather money for herself therefore being bought by 3rd-parties because they want someone in their pocket.

And to add onto what people are talking about as in "war crimes" I would rather them torture (war crime) ISIS so they know how they're treating the people who they're driving around tied to the back of their trucks, or running someone over with their somehow gotten tank.

War Crimes doesn't exist when the entire world wants you dead now. I doubt any other nation will care whether or not we torture someone who has bombed them.

Also, there is torture here in the US by police, and other members of the government.

You realize that torturing people only makes the world more angry at the US and that the US has tortured the wrong people in the past and have been given false information just so that they would stop torturing them?

Any ethically thoughtful person can see from those reasons alone that torture is not only stupid but it's reckless and pointless too.

But you've dodged the question. The war crime argument against Trump is not about torture. It's about bombing innocent people on purpose. Please defend that position.
