For a good vector you'll need the blueprint and just keep building them till you get your desired preference.

None of them actually get to the point.

The easiest way to get to high-rated builds is to buy all the blueprints for gear, in your case you want to get your DPS up, so you will want to get Firearm gear blueprints. At this point you are going to want to keep crafting the pieces until you get good talents on them that further improve your DPS, or your health, as well as useful attributes (Note that you can recalibrate one attribute per gear item). I would also recommend trying to to continue making them until you get a Gear Mod slot on each gear item as well, and then purchase gear mod blueprints to further increase your Firearms and/or Health. Finally in regards to the gear, you will want to try and get as much armour value as you can simply because when you start going for a big DPS build, you are likely to find that your health will be a little on the low side.

As for your weapons, you are going to want the base damage as high as possible (Minimum of 10,000) and then you are going to want to buy the weapon mod blueprints and craft them until you get decent variants of them (For example my Extended Mag is 101.5% size increase and 35% Critical Hit Damage). As for the talents, it depends on your style of play and how much you can adapt without losing a lot of DPS to cater for the talent requirements. As you want DPS, you are going to want to focus on get Firearm requirements talents really.
