So I have my account transferred to the Xbox one, on the same account could I go on 369 have he account modded and then re transferred?

no you can only transfer 1

DUDE If the account is made on the 360 and transferred to the one already it cannot be taken back to the 360 and have the Same stats transferred to the one

This is doable, but with a fresh PS3 account. Which I think wipes your Xbone data if you transfer.
The 360 is its own character now, the only chance of that one coming back is a PC transfer.
