They're a glorified gentleman's club who like to act important and secretive.
The beliefs are also very inconsistent.
'You're not allowed to talk about Religion at meetings because we're a non-religious organisation'
Yet your most well-known symbol is the All Seeing Eye, a symbol to remind people that a deity is watching them and you're not allowed to join at all if you don't believe in a God.
