Hello, all.
As the title shows this rant is about the messed up level scale that Tom Clancy's: The Division suffers from. There are level brackets within the dark zone (the area where players can go rouge for those who don't play) and they are balanced and I would even argue to say semi fair level brackets up until you hit level 30 like I am with friends. This is where the issue begins.
After level 30, you are put into a division bracket filled with ONLY level 30 people, but there is a high cap for the rank within the dark zone meaning that people that grind missions and bosses can get high end loot endlessly, and I just don't have the time for that. It is annoying to be playing with friends minding my own business just to be brutally rekt'd over and over by power leveling rogues with god tier gear sets.
I literally can't play for more than an hour without running into these assholes. I get that rogues are supposed to be part of this game and I like the idea, but I don't think it is fair in the current state that the system is in and I personally think that they need to change it so that players can opt out of the rogue system entirely just to have fun with friends, or make it where it takes things like your gear levels into account when joining into servers so that it is on a more even playing field.
Thanks, take it easy dudes.

dude, you took the words right out of my mouth, after me and my friend became level 30 we were put up against people with DZ level 50s p 80s when we are only 34, makes no sense because how are we supposed to level up?

Exactly. The Dark Zone is the only thing left for me to do in the game until new DLC is added in next month, but I can't even enjoy my time in the Dark Zone with my friends when there are level 85s and what not running a muck in the DZ that have been grinding the game since the day it came out.

Yeah I can see where you're coming from. What pisses me off is that it's impossible to play with your friends unless they're in the same level bracket as you. I'm a level 30 but my friends who got the game recently aren't going to reach a 30 for quite a while. I wish they would just cap your gear or put restrictions on it if I wanted to play in their games.

Your friends can join into your DZ bracket, but you can't join down. Granted your friends will be at a disadvantage because of their lower level, but you should still be able to play with them and have fun so long as the assholes don't come out, in which case you will just have to stop playing for the day/night or wait until your friends are higher levels to fend off more rogues.

They are changing this. I'm with you on this one. It's fairly annoying when you come across one guy and I have a group of 3 and he completely wipes us out cause he has gear that apparently is not from this planet. Let's just say this game makes me very aggressive.

My friends all play together. Start new characters to join them. Once I hit level 50 dz, I kept getting and still keep getting annihilated by level 99s and ugh.
