I want to be able to trade between accounts but my second one would needs to have the mobile authenticator on. Can I use the same device?

No, you cannot use more than one Steam account for one Mobile Authenticator. This would promote smurfing.

There is no way around this on iPhone/Apple Products, but I'm not sure about Andriod.
