Yep, on my way to school this used to always happen, to me it just felt weird going around them so I usually would walk slow a few feet back, or just cross the street and keep on going.

Doesn't bother me because I am a pretty laid back person, so I walk slow and calmly instead of running in a hurry all the time. But, I can see how that would be annoying if you were in a hurry and others weren't.

I walk pretty fast and I kinda have to cause the halls are always crowded and I wouldn't make it to class in-time if I don't but I hate this cause everyone around here walks like a sloth

This happened often in my high school (huge groups of people would walk together in the hallway, like 15 or 20 at a time) and I hated it. As a person with a large stride, if I take one step incorrectly I might step on your Achilles tendon, and I'm fairly certain that that's a problem neither of us would like to have.

Now that I'm in college, I don't see this happening quite as much. I could just be lucky, but it seems like people are in my way far less now.

Wot wrote Oh yes this happens in my high school hall ways. I'm trying to get to class, and I'm a fast walker. There is just groups of people standing in the halls. There's people who walk super slow and it irritates me.

I agree, it is the same thing at my school. The bad thing is that the people standing in the hall don't even try to get out of the way, they just stand in the middle of the hall way.

I'm glad I'm not alone. This drives me up the wall. It's so annoying being stuck behind people. What's even worse is like you said when they blatantly walk in front of you. Although it hasn't happened to me in a while as I'm no longer in school and now drive.
