I'm level 29 and completed all missions and only got purple weapons and gear?

Reach level 30, upgrade the security wing fully and there will be a vendor in the back who sells high end weapons, fully upgrade tech wing and there will be a guy who sells high end armour! do daily missions and farm the darkzone also there is a vendor inside the darkzone who sells by far the best weapons in the game!
