go to the root of your hdd on xex menu and make a folded "GAMES"
go inside that folder and make another folder called "MW2"

put the cod post, default xex, and what ever patch you want (no more than one patch at a time)

make sure to put the cache update in the cache folder at the root of your hdd looks like TU_10LC20N_00000180000..00000000001GA

in the mw2 folder go into it and click "Y" and click copy CD, disc tray will open you must manually close by pushing back in.
wait and listen for the disc to spin up then click accept.

it should be like 8,000 ish mega bites and about 30 minuts to fully download if it doesnt work you could have 2 problems, problem with your hard drive, disc could be scratched, or the guy that you bought your jtag from didnt flash your disc key back on your hdd and if you message me i will help you through it

for some reason i can upload the code post to mega upload and put a link but just search you tube or soemthing for them "thats what i did"

and after that click right stick and all that should come up is is default_mp.xex and click that mw2 should start up at the multi-player menu and mess around (note) jtag must be unbanned to go online but you can still do system link for split screen.
