Hi guys I'm tracking my calories at the moment but I'm really confused as to how many calories are in a single packet of curry koka noodles (85g). It says 100g as prepared is 81 calories but per serving is 392 calories which one is it? They weighed just over 300g after cooked!

To be honest, there's no point tracking calories if you're eating food like that. The flavour packets are all fat and sodium and the noodles are empty calories from salt and carbohydrates that are causing an insulin rush to your system. Higher Insulin means you will store more fat

It should say on the back how much a serving is BTW, One serving (300g) or something like that

From what I have found on MyFitnessPal 1 pack of Koka, Curry Instant Noodles are 387 calories but there's also another one that is 275 calories so it could be wrong I'm not sure.

Oh you're fine if you're trying to gain weight, there's no way that they're only 80 calories (unless they're uncooked) and I'd imagine one serving is the whole packet. So probably 392 per packet when cooked
