Okay so I recently purchased my friends 2000 Ford Focus ZX3, and I was driving it home today when I realized the passenger side knob for the manually adjustable sideview mirrors is gone. I don't have a picture off hand as it's late, but its a little knob that goes over the adjuster itself. I've spent about an hour looking but honestly I don't even know what the technical term for it is. I've been using knob and cover but I've come up unlucky. If anyone can find me a spare I can order or if I can go to a store and buy them please let me know, it's a very little problem but it bothers me to no end.

I've not been in that exact model, but my dads 99 focus has this knob on the passenger side:

You may be able to use the part number to locate the part on an american site if that is where you are from. Or just look for a Chinese knockoff on ebay or craigslist as it's only a rubber cap.

That would usually be on the driver side door, he is after the manual adjuster on the passenger side as far as I know.
