i was just wondering how people cut up songs.
like i see that people have like 10 seconds of a song for e.g. like a follower alert or something.
i was just wondering if anyone could tell me how to do that.

I do this in my course in college, we use a software called audacity, just download that and the rest won't be hard to figure out
