So I have a decent amount of coins to spend, but I can only upgrade one player due to the prices of their IF's.

Who should I upgrade? Should I get IF Willian? IF Oscar? IF Carvajal?

Note: I cannot afford TOTY Ramos, although I wish I could lmao

I think I would go for IF Willian. His IF has a nice +6 shooting upgrade. That should make a significant difference. His finishing went up from 75 to 81, which is quite good, especially since you're using him as a RF.

The Oscar upgrade would be okay too. I wouldn't buy IF Carvajal though. As a RB he won't have as much of an impact in your game instead of a better CM / RF. Either way I would go with Willian.

Alves would but Ramos on 7 chem and I'd prefer to keep all players on 9+

A cheap upgrade you could do is get Navas 84 overall IF, it's currently only 40k for XB1 pricing.
