Oh dear...

Have you bought this already, if not how much will you be paying for it including currency?

From what I've seen from the specs of the game, you really don't need a 5820K, it's just a waste if you're not going to use it to it's full potential. 970 > 780ti. Powers supply is silly for for the specs unless you're running 2/3 way SLI. Noticed that this rig has a custom loop. Do you know how to maintain a custom loop and the upkeep it requires? Custom loops need to cleaned every now and then and if you don't know what you're doing then I'd expect some leaks or water damage then it's bye bye components.

This definitely sounds like a system you're buying from someone, and it sounds like you could be getting ripped off. No idea why you'd go with a last gen GPU, when next gen GPUs are almost here. X99 is unnecessary, as is a custom loop. The PSU is not very good. It's better than something like a cheap bronze rated PSU, but for a gold rated PSU, it's not great, and it's over-priced.

Whether this is good or not, depends on how much it costs if you're buying it, or if you've had a while? We don't really have any information, at all.

The 970 shouldn't beat the 780Ti, as the 780Ti should be a stronger card, it was significantly more expensive. However, the 970 does pull ahead of the 780Ti in some situations, and as it is a newer card, I'd find it hard to not recommend a 970 over a 780Ti.
