Hey guys I'm new to all this kinda stuff and I need someone to tell me what software to use where I can silent noise on my club so I can voice over it! Thanks

What do you mean by that?
You want to mute/reduce the audio of club footage so your voice will be heard more clear?
If so, you can easily use Vegas to do it.

Basically I want the audio to be completely silent so I can then record a voice over to the clip without the audio from the clip

Drag the clip to Sony Vegas and the audio file will be under it.
Click "U" on the keyboard to separate the audio from the video.
Right Click then [Delete]
