I recently sold something for money over ebay that obviously went to my paypal. The only problem is I can't use that money in my paypal to buy what I need online. I need to send my money to my card, but I can't and I don't have a bank account. I was wondering if there is some sort of alternative to use my money in paypal.

You can only use your PayPal balance money using PayPal. No other methods man
