It's the fact that you think it's good which is the problem.
It's not good.
Now let me put this as simple as I can for you as to why it's not good.
6400 and a Z170, do you know what the problem with that is? You cant overclock a locked chip on a unlocked motherboard. So that mother board alone is a waste of money and I don't think you'll want to be SLIing on a power supply that isn't even rated bronze. That's just asking for the system to fail.
No SSD on a budget like that is just plain stupid.
"As Reviewed by FrankieOnPCIn1080p" just another reason to stay away from builds like that.

Better CPU, better power supply, better cooler, SSD, smaller case but a nice one at that, same disc drive, cheaper motherboard because reason above, same HDD, same RAM even though speed doesn't make that much of a difference anyways.
So all in all, better and would you believe it... £42.92 cheaper and with that leftover money you could buy a game or two or maybe even some pizza.
It's not good.

What about a 6600 instead of the 6500?

No, it's price to performance over the 6500 isn't worth it.

I think my nan could build a better rig and she's got the eye sight of Stevie Wonder.

Don't forget the hand-eye co-ordination of Steven Hawking.
