what decides if you get a key fragment at the end of a game and how often do you get them?

You get key fragments randomly when you win a game, the drop rate is not great as I have one plenty of games and only have gotten a few. It's marketing why play 20 games win 10 and get 1-2 key fragments when you can buy them. That's w

Its all random. Some people to get a lot and some people never get any. I guess it all depends to be honest. It sucks but there is no way to know when you will get one.
