I've had my monitor for about 4 months now and ever since about 4 days ago I've had no problems with it. While using the monitor, every 10-15 minutes it will just start flashing black and even sometimes the screen is dim to a point that I can barely see the screen. Sometimes it will fix itself for about 2 mins and happen again as if the HDMI was loaded again as when it comes back on the HDMI sign is in the top corner. I have found that if I plug the HDMI cable out of my Xbox One for 5-10 mins then the monitor won't flash for another 20-30 mins but it always happens sooner or later. I have also tried two HDMI cables so it can't be the cable and the monitor does it after I plug the Xbox out of the HDMI so I doubt it's the Xbox either.
I have a Samsung S24D300H 24".
I would appreciate any help as it is really frustrating when gaming!
Thanks.

Could be a faulty HDMI input, does it have other inputs you could try?
VGA, DVI, DisplayPort?

Could be but it just stopped working one night out of nowhere?
It has a VGA port which I'll ask my brother to try.

Then it sounds like the board that controls the inputs has gone. I'd contact Samsung directly.
