Because the American politician you support/defend is the most reckless in terms of what he believes should be done with firearms.
Oh right you think i support Donald Trump? i think i may have said that around the time of the Brussels bombing out of anger but im pretty sure that i said i support his migrant and immigration policy not him as a whole.

Fair enough.

I guess my only defense in terms of firearms is that the homicide rate has been steadily declining over the course of the last two decades.
"Assault weapons" are used the least out of all firearm classes in homicides.
And more than 2/3 of all firearm deaths are suicides.

But sure, I can acknowledge that we have a problem stopping the sale of black market firearms.

The thing that i dont get the most though is what the **** is wrong with your cops i see dash cam videos sometimes of for example a man had a knife in his hand and wasnt putting it down the cop asked him several times to drop it he didnt so he shot and killed him, why not taser? him i understand if he was in public and running towards you then you would have a reason to shoot him but in most of these cases its in the middle of nowhere or on a highway.

Although it's a very small minority of cops, I do agree that some are trigger happy. I support body cams and police reform too.

Do you have any idea how much crap one has to go through to purchase a firearm? It's nothing like "purchasing a beer".

Exactly. But at the end of the day if you want a gun badly enough, you'll find a way to get one.

I wouldn't be surprised if the sixteen-year old was the one who did the shootings.
Yeah but the thing that annoys me is all these Americans who cant admit they have one of the worst gun problems in the world.

You're officially the most confusing person I have ever met, politically speaking.

We have the strictest gun laws here in California, yet we have one of the highest crime rates in the country, including murder with firerarms.

So you have the most populated state in America and you're surprised when you have one of the highest crime rates?

Your gun laws aren't even slightly strict. You can't even purchased a handgun in the UK, all you can purchase are sporting rifles and shotguns and it's very hard to get one.

No I'm not surprised. I'm surprised liberals can't see that and notice that all these laws don't help anyone.

After doing some research on the UK's gun laws, I can tell you now, it's easier to get a gun there, than here in California.

It doesn't matter if it's "easier". We're restricted on the majority of weapons that you aren't.

Not to mention, we have one of the lowest crime rates in the world.

I'm not from America, but can you not just buy a gun from one state and bring it into another? Guns laws in different states would serve no purpose then.
