My friend is looking to build a PC and has a total budget of 1300 pounds.

Things he needs:
.Whole PC
.Keyboard + Mouse
.Headset
.2 Monitors.
OS not needed.

He will be playing some games like CS GO and League of Legends but would also like to play some higher end game if possible.
Any more info needed just ask and I'll reply.

Overclocking support along with SLI support. Will handle games just fine along with HT. Nice SSD for OS and a couple of games. Two IPS monitors because who buys TN. Nice mechanical keyboard and decent mouse.

No point getting a rig with overclocking capabilities if he's not even going to OC.

OP- Will your friend overclock? Any preferred colour scheme? 4690k rig is bad/bad, top kek.

Nice big SSD, plenty of HDD capacity too. Nice little cooler. SLI support. 1440p monitor for gaming, 1080p for the side, both monitors match pretty well. Nice mech kb and a nice mouse.
