"Consoles are shit"

The SSD in this isn't the greatest, but it's an absolute steal at $25, get one or two. Or you could get a better 120GB SSD if you wanted, for about $10-$20 more. XFire support so you can add a 2nd 380x at any point. Far, far better than that shitty Acer pre-built.

You claim consoles are shit but then call a GTX 950 a "great GPU". Nothing wrong with wanting to get into PC gaming, everyone has their preference -- but there's no reason to trash talk consoles because you want to play on the other platform.
As for your question: No, it won't run ARMA 3 at 45+ FPS. You might have some luck in single player with turned down settings, but ARMA is a notoriously CPU dependent game and that i5 isn't anything to write home about. Not only that, but I would never recommend that you buy a pre-built PC. You pay extra for them assembling it for you and usually the PSUs are horrid and die within a year. All the cool looking pre-builts with flashy cases and lighting usually have low quality hardware in them to alleviate costs.

I think I threw up in my mouth a little bit.
Please do yourself a favor and don't buy that. Sanctorum posted a better build for your price point.
