Method 1: Teleport underground via elevation change
Get mobile cover (preferably without extension as it's more consistent without it equipped)
Go to a location where the elevation becomes higher (stairs, truck, etc)
Click the button to place your mobile cover down
Before your character does the animation of placing it roll and run down and decrease your elevation
You should teleport in cover under your shield and be underground
To get back to the surface click the button to put the cover down and it will teleport you up to where you ran

Method 2: Breach into any wall, anywhere
Get your mobile cover
Click the button to place it
Before your character does the animation of placing it roll
Run against the wall
It will teleport you back to the cover (if it your character slides back to the cover it did not work, try again)
Press the button to take your cover down and it will teleport you into the wall

This glitch essentially lets you get into anything you want. It's very game breaking in the dark zone because anyone can go rogue, glitch into the ground, the wall, or even a truck and not be killed and just happily let their timer go down
