So basically I want to be a little bit "bigger" for this summer.
Will this affect anything to get "bigger"?

Everyday I cycle for 45 minutes. I do 50 push-ups and 75 sit-ups.
Will this be enough to increase muscle or do I need to do more exercises, I'm btw not planning to go to the gym.

If you have some tips let me know.

Idk if it will really make you bigger but if you are already skinny and do what you are saying any maybe get some Dumbbells and do some curls than you will definitely be more cut I would say not really bigger though.

Hell no. Cycling is catabolic. When you're doing any type of cardio, you're basically telling your body to use energy which will lead to you burning calories and losing weight.

If you want to gain any muscle, you need to put the work in. Situps and pushups will do virtually nothing. You'll need to join a gym and start bench pressing, squatting and deadlifting.

There has to be a way to do exercises and gaining muscles without going to the gym.

Will stair-running work for legs?

As said above stair running is cardio so its going to be forcing your body to use up precious calories that could be going towards building mass. If you plan on getting bigger you're going to have to eat more food, protein is a big one here to help repair your muscle that get broken down from working out, and i would say its the best idea to go to Walmart and get some heap dumbbells thats where most of the pros started.

Basically, everyone has a certain amount of calories that they need to eat to keep their current weight. If you eat more calories, your weight increases. If you eat less calories, your weight decreases.

You can definitely do exercise and lift weights but you need to eat enough. You will literally lose muscle and gain nothing if you're not eating enough food.If you want to do exercise and lift weights, you need to eat extra calories to make up for the calories that you're burning. Otherwise you will lose weight and you wont be able to build muscle.

Pretty much any exercise will work but you have to be eating enough food for your muscles to grow and you need to work your ass off. It has taken me two years of going to the gym for my friends to actually see a proper difference.

Calisthenics is good if you don't want to join a gym and want to build some muscle.

Also now that you know you need to be eating more calories a good way that I keep track of my caloric intake as well as proteins, fats, and carbs is with the application my fitness pal, you can get it on the app store for free.

Lifting weights, Manual Labor, or Calisthenics will help you get big.

I'm 15, and I play sports so we lift weights here and there, but since I do Wrestling we have Yoga and Calisthenics we do and it helps your body and makes a big difference.

But nontheless what you're doing is more of a time consuming thing.

Instead of cycling, try to run some days. Typically we run around anywhere from 2-3 miles before starting.

But since you said you don't want to go to the gym which I can say I don't like going myself, calisthenics is a great thing to try, I feel bad ass doing 1 hand push-ups, wall stands, medicine ball wall sits, etc.

Idk just my advice, I'm only 15.

I think doing this will get you skinny and then add maybe some Dumbbells on to your list and it will get you skinny but gain muscle at the same time, or you can do some workouts to skip going skinny and attempt to turn as much fat in to muscle

No, it will not. When looking at what to do, you need to remember that your muscles will remember movement and you won't gain anything from doing the same thing every day. Do something different each day. Do crunches, pushups, burpees, lunges, squats, lift your bed, jog, cycle up hill, shrugs, jumping jacks, high knees, planking, etc. etc. jumble it up every day, do something different. If you don't, you're wasting your time. Also keep in mind you need to dedicate yourself. 15 mins in the morning and night won't do much, you'll need at least an hour if not more.

Also keep in mind that you need protein. Not too much or it will turn into fat, but enough for you to "turn into muscle".
