this would be my final pc build please check if everything woud be in order such as if all the parts would fit in the case

That'd be a bad rig.

Far better. Better CPU, better GPU, HDD and SSD. Far better PSU and case. You'd be better off with something like an i3 but that'd be an extra $50 or so. You could maybe get a Skylake Pentium instead of the 860k but I'd only suggest that if you'd be able to upgrade to an i3 or even an i5 fsirly quickly.
