So I've always been a lazy person my whole life and i would say around high school I started eating alot and it got out of control to the point where I never wanted to go out and I would never want to go to the gym.
Fast forward about 6 years later to today...I'm finally taking the initiative to change my body and get into shape
With that being said, I'm obviously a gym pleb. I want to build a good amount of muscle but not be bulky. Besides the eating side of things, for working out...is there a specific workout regime that I should follow to burn fat while continuing to build muscle?
Any help would be appreciated.

Lots of jogging and Some weight lifting.
You will get no where without a good diet.
Do you know your weight ?

Yah I've got a long way to go, I let it get out of control and I sit now around 325-330
Most of it, roughly 55% is muscle, as far as my last full body weigh in on those precise scales goes
If it helps, my height is also 6' 4" and as of right now I have a set goal of at least 230 for my weight

Number one fat burner is jogging in my opinion, if you do good long jogs, just pacing yourself, cut out ALL fizzy juice and crap. You'll see results, if you want it more than ever, eat good, sleep good & do more exercises. It wont be easy, but you'll be the most happiest guy/girl ever once you start seeing results, that will motivate you even more. I would have a look on google, they have good diet plans and routine plans in PDF Format.

I do Legs, Back and Biceps 1 day at Gym then have the next day off and just do some running, Then the day after i do Shoulders chest and triceps at the gym. Then running again next day and then the last day i do legs and loads of cardio.
Then take 2 days rest over the weekend to let your muscles build and repair.
Its important to have the days off otherwise you will over train and you wont see much muscle growth. Also switch up your diet to lots of high protein food with low fat. and try to keep off the sugar as much as possible.

As Physique's thread says, there's no such way to lose fat and build muscle. You need to ask yourself, do you want to gain weight or lose weight? Bulk or cut?

if I were in your shoes I would go to the local gym and ask for a trainer to help you out along the way. They will setup your diet, show you the workouts and cardio you should be doing as well as keep you motivated and consistent throughout your journey to a new lifestyle because after all even though there are no doubt some knowledgable people on TTG personal trainers do it for a living.
