With this new COD apparently rumored to be another futuristic shat show nobody is as hyped about it. Obviously the diehard cod fanyboy will be picking this up but thats not the point since they're all sheeps by now anyway. The only incentive for buying the next COD is the remastered Cod4 but by the time of its release we may already see the blockbuster CODs on the backwards compatible list along with other Triple A titles being rumored to drop like Red dead redemption 2 and Gears 4 who would be interested in this. And not only that but Battlefield 5 is rumored to be a WW2 themed shooter! Battlefield is giving us all that throwback warfare are thumbs are itching for! And on the note of the remastered Cod whats stopping us from eventually just buying the remaster and saying F you to Infinite Warfare(Shit title btw) IMHO COD is on the decline these last few years and im glad 2016 may be the year we not only get rid of this trash but are introduced to way better shooters. Whats your opinion? Anybody else excited about the next COD or relived that were getting better titles and Triple A games.

It also goes along with that we've been playing the series year after year, so the more we play it, the quicker we get tired of it.

Call of Duty hasn't been fun for anything other than campaign and zombies for me and a lot of other people for a long time now. Call of Duty has been dying for a long time, and the cod points, supply drops, and other stupid shit like that makes it dig its own grave even quicker.

The older generation games such as; Cod2, Waw, Cod4 were the best games around and now the CoDs adds Supply Drops and jetpacks that makes you jump around like you're playing Halo. I think COD is dying out slowly for sure, that's why the game creators remaster a game such like the new COD coming out.

COD most definitely isn't dying. Like at all lol. You have to realize the unhappy people are always the loudest. I think the game is just maturing and changing direction in a way some people can't handle. I for one have tons of fun on black ops 3 multiplayer and I love the movement in that game. I can see why people want to go back to classic movement but it's not correct to say "cod is dead or dying"

I agree that the newer COD's are shit, but I wouldn't say its dying. A ton of people still play it.

Nobody wants another Advanced Warfare game. I'd rather have Ghosts 2!

COD started dying since MW3, Treyarch done well on BoP2 to be fair, I enjoyed that but they don't seem to be taking on what the community want, going down their own path instead.

COD is not dying at all, It is still always one of the highest selling games per year. I dislike people like you that hop on the hate band wagon. Your hating a game that you know nothing about?!

CoD is far from dead. Just because older players do not play anymore does not mean it is dead. I hate seeing threads like this. Just because you do not like the game does not mean other people do not. 10 people quit play, 1000 more start. CoD will never die.
