i own both fallout 4 and the divison, i played the division for about 4/5 hours and just decided the game wasnt for me! As for fallout 4 i spent about 15 hours on the game, went on holiday came back and just havent had a chance to complete it, so out of those two for me i would go for fallout but i have not played ufc or just cause

I wouldnt suggest the division as I finished it in a day and didnt find it fun at all , I havent played ufc or just cause so i suggest fallout 4, the game itself took me around 40 hours to finish the main story arch because i like to explore and shoot stuff. (and i had to replay to get the two other endings for achievements)

The Division - Heard only bad things, only seems good if you have 3 friends to play with. Can't really comment because I haven't played it but one of my friends got it on release, he played it once and I've never seen him on it since
Just Cause 3 - Great game with a great story and many side missions with beautiful islands to explore. Played many hours whilst doing nothing at all and didn't get bored whatsoever.
Fallout 4 - Played it for about 5 hours, didn't really progress with the story because I thought Preston Garveys missions where the main ones, helped about 37 settlements before I found out I was wrong, couldn't get back into story after I hit Diamond City, found it bland.
UFC 2 - Played the 10 hour trial of EA Access, 3 hours remaining, fun with a friend, played career for a few hours on the lowest difficulty because i'm a scrub, got a bit boring after I became champion after about 14 fights. Didn't check out the online gameplay so I can't comment

The division - Basically buy if you have friends to play with or your in to those kinda games.
Just cause 3 - should buy when on sale tbh with you
fallout 4 - i wouldn't get it just yet ill wait until all the dlc's and the mods to come out (unless you buy season pass)
Ufc 2 - absolutely fun games for hours , but wouldn't hook you on it for the long run
So ill say the division or fallout4 are the main choice's
